Unpaid Internship in Finance

·      Prepare bank letters and collect and coordinate on the official documents and courier to the bank;

·      Maintain updated day-to-day documentation of all payment vouchers issued by Finance Department;

·      Follow up on petty cash operational advances for projects purposes;

·      Prepare payment requests for cheques /wire transfers;

·      Assist with preparing monthly bank reconciliations;

·      Ensure that all documentation related to finance are prepared in line with Legal Action’s internal procedures and guidelines;

·      Support and assist during audits, and provide timely provision of selected documents;

·      Administer payment vouchers;

·      Organize and maintain an efficient and effective filing system for all financial and other documentation;

·       Any other tasks as required by Finance Manager.

 

Required Skills and Experience

Experience is not Required. University Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or related field.

Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and ability to work in project teams.

Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.

Motivated self-starter Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
