Administrative Assistante

The Legal Agenda is seeking to hire a part-time Administrative Assistant to assist the Program Manager in the overall administration of the Legal Agenda’s Project entitled: “Civil observatory for the independence and transparency of the judiciary”. The Project Manager will report directly to the Project Manager.   The Legal Agenda is a Beirut-based non-governmental non-profit organization that addresses issues of legal activism, reform, and transformation in the context of social and political change in the Arab world.    Responsibilities -        Assist the Program Manager in the overall administrative operations related to the Project -        Ensuring proper budget data entry as per the EU contract regulations, and proper documentation for the reporting -        Assist in the daily management of office and staff -        Support the Program Manager in organizing the Project events -        Write and translate from Arabic to English and from English to Arabic -        Feed the website and the FB in Arabic and English Related skills and experience Experience: at least two years’ experience in an administrative assistant position.
