Data Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a passion for data-driven insights, and the ability to communicate complex findings to stakeholders.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Transform raw data collected from the ECO Hubs into actionable insights, supporting informed decision-making within the project.
  • Analyze large datasets using various statistical and data analysis techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and relevance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Clean, preprocess, and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data insights from the ECO Hubs.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data collection methodologies and reporting systems specific to the ECO Hubs project.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics relevant to the project.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through written reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and support to project teams as needed, leveraging data to address specific challenges or opportunities.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in data analysis or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL or Python.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience with data visualization techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus.
