LoYAC stands for Lothan Youth Achievement Center. It was founded in Kuwait in 2002. It is a non-profit organization that caters to youth between 16-25 years old. It has successfully launched its chapter in Jordan last year (2008). This year, the new chapter is launched in Lebanon. LoYAC
