Legal Clinic Network Coordinator

The Legal Clinic Network Coordinator is responsible for enhancing structured coordination, communication, and strategic collaboration among network members and relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of joint legal initiatives, harmonization of service delivery, and alignment of interventions with established legal standards and programmatic objectives.

  1. Key Responsibilities

1. Coordination & Networking

  • Facilitate regular coordination meetings with legal clinic partners and stakeholders.
  • Maintain an updated database of network members, services, and geographic coverage.
  • Represent the network in relevant coordination forums and working groups.

2. Program Implementation

  • Support the planning and execution of joint legal activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure alignment of legal services with organizational strategies and donor requirements.
  • Monitor progress of network activities and address gaps or challenges in implementation.

3. Communication & Information Management

  • Ensure effective internal and external communication across the network.
  • Develop and disseminate updates, reports, and coordination briefs.
  • Promote information sharing, best practices, and lessons learned among members.

4. Quality Assurance & Standardization

  • Promote adherence to legal, ethical, and professional standards across all clinics.
  • Support the development and implementation of SOPs, guidelines, and tools.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in legal service provision.

5. Capacity Building

  • Identify capacity gaps among network members and propose relevant training.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, trainings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Support continuous professional development of legal clinic staff.

6. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators and outcomes of network activities.
  • Prepare periodic narrative and analytical reports.
  • Contribute to evaluations, assessments, and learning processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) required; Master’s degree is an asset.
• Minimum [1–2] years of experience in legal aid, legal clinics, or coordination roles.
• Strong understanding of legal frameworks, access to justice, and protection principles.
• Proven experience in stakeholder coordination and network management.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills in [Arabic/English].
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
