ITB-OCHAIV2025BT01 - Supply and delivery of food items to Nation Station’s warehouse in Geitawi, Achrafieh

Mada Association, in partnership with Nation Station and with funding from the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (LHF), is implementing an emergency food security project in Beirut Southern Suburbs. The project targets vulnerable households through food parcel distributions.

Mada Association hereby launches an open tender for the Supply and delivery of food items to the Nation Station’s warehouse in Geitawi, Achrafieh.

The selected supplier will enter into a 3-month framework contract for the supply and delivery of bulk food items, as detailed in Annex 4 (Bill of Quantities - BoQ) to Nation Station’s warehouse located in Geitawi, Achrafieh, Beirut, expected to start in October

Offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Previous Experience in the Supply and Delivery of food items  (0/12)

Supply Capacity (Number of workers, number of trucks) (0/8)

Time needed for delivery (10)

Financial Offer of the main parcel (0/65)

Financial Offer of the other items (0/5)
