Mada Association, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority (CA) invites qualified and eligible vendors, to make a firm offer for the Micro-rehabilititation of community kitchen in Tripoli
The contracted vendor will be chosen based on the most competitive price aligning with the specifications requested by the call.
A mandatory site visit will be conducted to the kitchen located in Tripoli on 13 February 2026 at 11:00 a.m.

How to Apply
Submission of Bids will be by Email to: Procurement@mada.org.lb before February 18, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
Kindly note: RFQ form, and Annex 1 should be filled, signed, and stamped.
Datasheet including photos, specifications, and origin For painting (items #6,7 and 8), Extractor fan (item #18), AC (item #23), and water heater (Item #24) must be attached
Colored photos of the samples for the chairs and the wood used for tables, bar, and tiles must be attached
Representative ID and registration certificate must be attached
A mandatory site visit will be conducted to the kitchen located in Tripoli on 13 February 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
Applications from interested bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit will be automatically excluded.
In case of any missing document and non-compliance to the application rules of the Quotation, the application will directly be considered as excluded
