Mada Association is launching an invitation to bid: Installation of solar power systems for smallholder farmers in Akkar- Ref: RFQ-BMZII2024TRI06 under the BMZ-funded project ‘Strengthening the resilience of vulnerable women, young adults, and men in Lebanon by improving livelihoods and increasing food security', implemented by Mada Association in partnership with arche noVa.

A mandatory field visit will be held on April 09, 2025, at three locations for process introduction and clarifications. The meeting point is in front of the Mohammara Municipality building at 12:30 p.m.
The closing date for submission of offers is 11 April 2025 at 16:00 pm Beirut time as per instructions in the tender documents.

How to Apply
Submission of Bids will be by Email to: Procurement@mada.org.lb before April 11, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.
Kindly note: RFQ form must be filled, signed, and stamped, Representative ID, registration Certificate, VAT registration document, Annex 1, Annex 2, CV of the electrical Engineer, The datasheet and warranty for minimum 10 years for panels, clamps and MC4 connectors, The warranty document for a minimum of three years for the VFD inverters, and At least 1-year warranty document for the whole system, must be attached to The RFQ.

Applications from interested bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit will be automatically excluded.
In case of any missing document and non-compliance to the application rules of the Quotation, the application will directly be considered as excluded
