RFQ-GFFO2024TRI37 - Supply hygiene kits for emergency Response

Mada Association is launching an invitation to bid: Supply hygiene kits for emergency Response  -  Ref: RFQ-GFFO2024TRI37 under the GFFO-funded project ‘Strengthening local climate-sensitive and universal WASH capacities using and disseminating the Green Humanitarian Aid approach, implemented by Mada Association in partnership with arche noVa.

Mada Association intends to select only registered companies/Suppliers for the supply hygiene kits for emergency Response.

Bid issuing date: 25/10/2024

The closing date for submission of offers is 30 October 2024 at 16:00 pm Beirut time

The bid instructions:

• This RFQ, Annex 1 - BoQ should be properly filled, signed, and stamped, otherwise will be directly disqualified.
• The ID of the representative, and Registration Certificate  must be attached to this RFQ, otherwise will be directly disqualified (Mandatory)
• The supplier is responsible for packaging the items in cardboard boxes as specified in each item specifications
• Time for delivery should be mentioned in this RFQ, otherwise will be directly disqualified (Mandatory)
• The delivery address: Qobayat Warehouse, North Lebanon
• The cost should include the transportation and  unloading  fees to Qobayat Warehouse
• Items can be reduced/increased from the offers in quantity if deemed necessary by Mada.
• Mada reserves the right to request additional certifications or documentation  deemed necessary to verify compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards for any item.
• Mada will request the pre-selected supplier to provide samples of the items and reserves the right to request changes in brands to meet the quality and specifications ,  or to cancel the selection.
• Each kit must include the following items: 10 soap bars, 1 Antibacterial multipurpose cleaning detergent, 1 Dishwashing liquid, 3 Laundry washing powder, 1 Shampoo, 1 Toothpaste adult, 1 Toothpaste children age 3-5 years, 1 Toothphase children age 6 - 10 years, 1 Garbage plastic trach bags 30 Liters, 1 Garbage plastic trash bags 10 Liters, 3 Tissue Paper, 3 Toilet paper, 1 Floor mop, 1 Sponge for dish washing, 2 Female sanitary pads, 1 Cardboard box for kitting

Note: Offers exceeding 12 calendar days for delivery will be directly disqualified

When applicable, the expiry date of the items should be at least 12 months.
