The closing date for submission of offers is 05 February 2026 at 16:00 pm Beirut time.

Submission of Bids will be by Email to: Procurement@mada.org.lb before February 05, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
Kindly note: RFQ form must be filled, signed, and stamped. Representative ID, registration Certificate, VAT registration document, Annex 1, Annex 2 must be attached to the RFQ.
A mandatory site visit will be conducted to the farmer located in Fnaidek on 03 February 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Applications from interested bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit will be automatically excluded.
In case of any missing document and non-compliance to the application rules of the Quotation, the application will directly be considered as excluded
