Mada Association is seeking qualified companies to make offers for the provision of a solar system for the irrigation needs of the social enterprise Field to Fork located in Quob Elias, Bekaa. This is a design&build process whereby companies can visit the site and propose designs based on need.
General Information/Minimum Requirements: The area size that will be irrigated through this system is of 17,000 m2. Irrigation is needed 7 months a year, for an average of 6 hours a day (during which the pump will be operational). The overall capacity is of 6 KW /440 V, and the water will be pumped from a well situated on site. The system must account for potential upgrades of the pump from 1.5 to 3 inches.
A site visit will be scheduled on Tuesday May 7th at 11 AM for interested bidders to gather more information to propose designs and to inform their offers.

Selection will be based on technical and financial criteria, noting the types of items expected in the offer are listed in the Request for Quotations, but bidders may add additional items as deemed necessary.

- Request for Quotation completed, signed and stamped (mandatory)
- Representative ID (mandatory)
- Registration Certificate of the Company (mandatory)
- Warranty for all relevant components (mandatory)
