Mada is a non-partisan, non-sectarian Lebanese NGO that works as a development agency in Akkar and North Lebanon.

Though this tender, Mada intends to purchase 2WD or 4WD car (0-10KM Max) to implement a a BMZ-funded project in partnership with Arche Nova with the Overall Objective of ‘strengthening the resilience of Syrian refugees and Lebanese host communities in Northern Lebanon to the consequences of the country's socio-economic crisis by promoting food and income security, rehabilitating water-related and agricultural infrastructure, training, initial household equipment, and health improvement’.

About

Mada Association invites registered companies to make a firm offer for the following purpose:

1. Supply of a 1 car 2WD or 4WD car with the following specifications:

1. Mileage  (0-10 KM Max)
2. Body Style: Sedan/SUV
3. Transmission: Automatic
4. Number of Cylinders: 4
5. Brakes: ABS
6. Central locking: Required
7. Air conditioning: Required
8. Spare Tire
9. Vehicle year model: 2016-2020
10. Origin: No Limit.

2. Touristic Insurance

1. 4 Years touristic insurance with full coverage Offer

3. Registration of the Car

1. Car registration: The offer should include the registration fees (registration of for non-profit association).

4. Car Maintenance

1. Warranty and maintenance by the company: Duration and KM limits.

5. Safety Kits

1. Fire Extinguisher
2. Triangle
3. Emergency Kit

6. Evaluation Factors

1. All Bids will be evaluated in accordance of the evaluation factors described in the ITB, Evaluation committee will evaluate firstly the administrative compliance review on Acceptable/Not Acceptable. To determine if the bids meet the mandatory requirements
2. The criteria for selection, indicated in the Evaluation Grid will be based on the best value for money plus technical analysis based on several factors. Given that Evaluation Committee is not bound to the lowest price or to any bid made as a result of this bid that is not technically responsive.
