Trainer – Political Campaign Planning, Messaging & Alliance-Building

We are seeking an experienced trainer to design and deliver three interrelated training sessions covering the following topics:

  • Building a Political Campaign Strategy (Understanding your audience, Crafting effective campaign message, Structuring a campaign plan)
  • Political Messaging (Translating priorities into clear & impactful messages, Adapting messages to different constituencies, Countering stereotypes and misinformation)
  • Building Alliances (Forming strategic partnerships, Engaging with civil society, political actors, and media, Sustaining networks throughout the campaign period)

 

Trainer Deliverables:

  • Deliver 3 training sessions (approx. 3 hours each) in November 2025. 
  • Provide a Word document summary/brief for each session (to be shared with participants as a reference tool).
  • Develop pre- and post-tests to assess participants’ improvement and measure learning outcomes.

 

Trainer Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in political campaigning, messaging, or alliance building.
  • Prior experience delivering training, ideally with women and/or political candidates.
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to adapt material to diverse participant backgrounds.

 

Fees:

  • The trainer shall receive a fee of USD 350 per session, for a total of three sessions, amounting to USD 1,050.
