- Developing, coordinating and conducting targeted outreach to program graduates and alumni;
- Communicating with program graduates and alumni in order help maintain their engagement;
- Utilizing incentives and targeted outreach to encourage people who have left the program to re-engage;
- Planning, implementing and reporting on alumni professional development activities, such as conferences, training workshops and seminars, and large social events;
- Assisting with the maintenance of the Alumni database;
- Assisting with the monitoring and evaluation of the impact of Alumni;
- Regularly attend meetings of the Alumni;
- Actively participate in all staff activities and cross-functional projects;
- Performing other duties as assigned.
