- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary for establishing and growing their microbusinesses.
- Guide participants through understanding the difference between microbusiness establishment and self-employment and teach the main elements of startup capital and incubation and provide insights into various resources for income generation.
- Facilitate discussions on different types of income generation and the essential steps to establish a microbusiness.
- Assist participants in selecting potential business ideas based on external and internal factors and guide them in moving from an idea to a business plan.
- Build the skills of the youth to be able to identify customer segments, develop unique value propositions, and identify key resources and activities required for their microbusiness.
- Assist participants in identifying market gaps, understanding market segmentation, targeting, and positioning, and introduce the 4Ps of marketing strategy.
- Facilitate financial education, this includes explaining basic financial terms, costs, pricing strategies, startup expenses, and the breakeven concept.
