- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement center policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
- Supervise and manage center staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment within the center, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a high standard of customer service.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with staff, participants, parents or guardians, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
- Plan, organize, and schedule center activities, programs, and events based on the needs and interests of the target audience.
- Coordinate and manage center resources, including equipment, supplies, and facilities, ensuring their proper maintenance and utilization.
- Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness and impact of center programs and services.
- Collaborate with community partners, organizations, and volunteers to enhance the center's offerings and expand its reach.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial records, and reporting related to the center's operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to the center.
