- Identifying Makassed's requirements and expectations for each event;
- Brainstorming and implementing event concepts and themes, designing a layout and agenda of the event, and any other marketing activities to promote the event with the assistance of the marketing team;
- Planning and organizing the event from concept to finish in accordance with the preference of the Association;
- Preparing event budgets;
- Researching and booking venues and arrange it for the event;
- Negotiating and contracting suppliers, caterers, florists… and organizing volunteers, as well as special guest appearance, MCs, or any other suitable entertainer for the event;
- Monitoring delivery of goods and services to ensure contract terms are satisfied;
- Coordinating all logistical elements of the event;
- Managing set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations;
- Addressing any dispute that may arise and making preparations against potential risks;
- Attending event to oversee activities and ensure details are handled as planned;
- Developing post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event;
- Perform other related duties assigned by Manager.
