HR Officer

  • Job Objective:

The HR officer will be an active member of the team, responsible for a variety of duties.

He/She will be assisting and providing support on different HR services by organizing and keeping track of personnel documents and helping in the recruitment process.

  • Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Management Information system, or equivalent.  

Experience: Previous work experience/ Internships would be a plus.

  • Main Tasks:

Prepare employees contracts. 

Screen resumes and application forms.

Approach potential candidates by phone calls, conduct phone preliminary interview and schedule the 1st interview.

Maintain applicants database by performing updated data entry on excel sheets. (1- Job Applicants sheet , 2- Trainees/Internship program sheet)

 (Others: 3- Nursing Exams Results sheet, 4- Holidays, occasions and Staff Activities sheet.

Maintain proper filing for new comers by following up with them on their legal documents required for file records completion.

Assist and provide the needed support on daily HR activities when needed and as requested by the head of Section.

Ensure effective follow up with employees on their inquiries.

Organize and update personnel files/records and data in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.

Prepare employees’ work certificates upon request.

Update employee’s information records on the system.
