HR Officer - Makassed Hospital

Makassed Hospital is now hiring an HR Officer.

• Main Tasks:

Support the Recruitment Manager to analyze and define appropriate human resources needs in each department

Sourcing talented individuals through a variety of communication channels

Screen, Review Applications, Evaluate Applicant’s Skills, Check Eligibility and Make Recommendations regarding Applicant’s Qualifications & Short-Listing.

Prepare Job Descriptions.

Handle the Annual Performance Appraisal and the probation evaluation

Conduct Reference check.

Prepare and send Job offers for the selected candidates.

Conduct phone screening utilizing competency-based questions to evaluate skills and behaviors.

Cultivate relationships with recruiting firms and other talent sources to maintain an ongoing talent pipeline.

• Requirements:

Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Management or equivalent.

Previous experience in the same field would be a plus.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Expected to be self-driven, easily adapt and quickly learn new concepts in a continuously evolving environment.

• Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday – 7:30 am till 4:00 pm.
