- -Understand trainees' experiences and professional profiles to facilitate effective job placements.
- -Organize, facilitate, and contribute to career sessions for each training program.
- -Actively seek and identify internship and employment opportunities for trainees.
- -Acquire in-depth knowledge about training programs, associated competencies, and industry needs.
- -Assist in facilitating effective communication between trainees and potential employers.
- -Stay informed about employer and sector needs, industry trends, and emerging skills requirements.
- -Conduct market assessments, conduct data analysis, and propose curriculum adjustments or new training specializations.
- -Support the expansion of the employer network by establishing connections with potential new partners.
- -Utilize various channels to receive continuous feedback from trainees over the 12 months and beyond, taking appropriate action when necessary.
- -Visit trainees, record performance and progress during internships, and coordinate with trainers/employers to collect relevant data.
- -Conduct regular follow-up calls, update databases, and provide weekly reports on activities, challenges, and market trends.
- -Submit accurate monthly placement reports and collect/draft success stories.
- -Actively participate in events and ceremonies related to job placement and career development.
- -Prepare contracts and time sheets for trainees participating in work based learning programs.
