- Develop and implement the project's MEAL framework, including indicators, data collection tools, and monitoring and evaluation plans.
- Establish and maintain a system for regular data collection, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of data.
- Conduct baseline assessments, mid-term evaluations, and endline evaluations to measure project outcomes and impact.
- Analyze and interpret data collected during monitoring and evaluation activities, providing insights and recommendations for program improvement.
- Support project teams in designing and implementing accountability mechanisms, such as feedback and complaint response mechanisms.
- Facilitate participatory learning and reflection sessions with project staff, partners, and beneficiaries to capture lessons learned and best practices.
- Promote a culture of learning within the organization, fostering knowledge sharing, documentation, and dissemination of project results and innovations.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines for data collection, storage, and reporting, safeguarding the confidentiality and privacy of individuals and communities.
- Train and build the capacity of project staff and partners on MEAL principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with external consultants or evaluators, providing support during external evaluations or audits.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress, results, and lessons learned.
