Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

The Monitoring & Evaluation officer is expected to : 

• Monitor the field activities based on project implementation plan using the agreed M&E tools 
•  Conduct regular (weekly or monthly) visits to the training centers
• Assist in developing operational monitoring tools (checklists, questionnaires, databases, interview and survey forms, etc.) 
• Participate in the project’s quality and implementation, particularly through identifying project’s weaknesses and strengths in issues, and report to the management team 
• Actively participate in implementation and coordination meetings 
• Provide inputs on project reports and publications upon request from the program manager.  
• Prepare weekly/monthly schedule of monitoring and evaluation related activities.
• Provide M&E verbal and written reports on a weekly basis to the program manager. 
• Assist the reporting officer in drafting monthly, quarterly, annual reports, in conjunction with program team, according to donor requirements.
