Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (Al Makassed Association)

The Monitoring & Evaluation officer is expected to : 

- Monitor the field activities based on project implementation plan using the agreed M&E tools.

- Conduct regular (weekly or monthly) visits to the training centers.

- Assist in developing operational monitoring tools (checklists, questionnaires, databases, interview and survey forms, etc.) 

- Participate in the project’s quality and implementation, particularly through identifying project’s weaknesses and strengths in issues, and report to the management team.

- Actively participate in implementation and coordination meetings.

- Provide inputs on project reports and publications upon request from the program manager.  

- Prepare weekly/monthly schedule of monitoring and evaluation related activities.

- Provide M&E verbal and written reports on a weekly basis to the program manager. 

- Assist the reporting officer in drafting monthly, quarterly, annual reports, in conjunction with program team, according to donor requirements.
