Senior Inventory Officer

  • Audits invoices received from the purchasing and warehouse department regarding sales and returns for all schools, including books and aprons.
  • Posts sales and return into the accounting system.
  • Verifies and corrects errors that appear and addresses them before posting to the section head.
  • Follows up on the schools’ accounting statement and closes them periodically.
  • Follows up on the process of collecting money received from storekeepers in Beirut and Rural schools.
  • Coordinates with the purchasing department on the inventory entries at the end of the year.
  • Translates school inventories into accounting entries in coordination with the section head.
  • Prepares at the end of the fiscal year a detailed report for the books and aprons accounts for all schools and submits it to the section head.
  • Reconciles asset accounts with the general ledger and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintains the association’s assets and fixtures in good conditions.
