Service Desk Officer (Beirut)

    1. Responds to IT service requests to resolve technical issues.
    2. Providing remote and in-person IT support to users.
    3. Downloads, installs and updates computers, printers, and software.
    4. Updates programs and applications to prevent service interruptions.
    5. Assists users in the proper and efficient use of computers and software.
    6. Documents and reports on work completed.
    7. Conducts research on emerging application development software products, and standards.
