Technical and Vocational Education and Training Coordinator (TVET)

• Plan, coordinate, and implement TVET activities that serve Livelihoods sector solutions;
• Ensure the operational implementation of work plans, setting clear targets and activity plans for each training;
• Ensure that courses, both theoretical and practical, meet quality standards, working closely with the program team;
• Work closely with TVET trainers to ensure a timely and effective performance as well as the adoption of the highest standards to their pedagogical and technical approaches;
• Develop monitoring plans and ensure that adequate monitoring tools are in place for TVET courses and internships, in close collaboration with the M&E officer. Conduct regular monitoring field visits and draft reports;
• Coordinate with projects' partners to map private companies and identify available internship opportunities;
• Organize internships in collaboration with the private sector;
• Plan and supervise the effective implementation of internship schedule;
• Draft narrative reports, including analysis of quantitative data, as per the project annual work-plan;
• Data collection and analysis through different M&E tools (Focus Group discussions, surveys, mapping exercises, database, etc.)
• Properly file all means of verification and supporting documents;
