Wadi Khaled - Manager - Makassed Primary Health Care Center

 - Job Objective:  Ensure high quality of provided communal health care services and continuously monitor implementation of care, programs and activities.

 - Main tasks:  

• Coach team members by continuously following-up on their performance
• Ensures high quality of provided services by providing needed support to team members
• Assists in recruitment process by conducting interviews to all potential candidates
• Controls PHCC’s expenses and ensure compliance with pre-set budget
• Distributes tasks to team members and ensure its proper accomplishment on due time and according to required quality
• Assists staff in problem resolution, when necessary
• Continuously meets with staff (physicians, health workers,etc…) to ensure implementation of planned activities relevant to the center
• Represents the section in external meetings with external agencies (UN, NGOs, ministries…) as per head of MCHB request
• Reviews and approve center’s inventory (equipment and needed material)

- Requirements: 

• BS in public health / Nursing or equivalent ; MS is a plus
• Previous proven similar work experience.

• Good interpersonal skills for communicating effectively with other healthcare workers and discussing any staffing issues.

• Solid problem-solving skills to brainstorm innovative solutions that will quickly resolve administrative glitches.

• Technical skills to work with electronic health record systems.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to ensure all scheduling and billing information is filed properly for a smooth-running healthcare facility.
• Represents a high level of responsibility to maintain the stability of the center.
