Data Management Officer

Data Management officer Terms of Reference Makassed Communal Health Care Bureau Under the direct supervision of the Head of the Makassed Health Care Bureau, The data Management officer will be responsible for supporting the production and dissemination of information concerning Lebanese and Syrian beneficiaries of the different departments of the Makassed Health Care Bureau. The data management officer will be the reference person for all information systems, including data collection, management and analysis as well as related capacity building and training of staff  on the implementation and use of those systems. He/She will perform the following duties: Duties, Responsibilities, and Output Expectations   Review existing data collection methods/systems used and suggest a development plan Support the design and validation of data collection tools Ensure monthly generation of reports and data based on the Makssed Health Care needs Provide training on the implementation and use of Information Systems Act as technical focal point in all relevant initiatives in the field of Information Management   Functional Skills Skilled in all aspects of the development and operation of information systems. Ability to design, manage, analyse and coordinate information system projects, computer-based applications and databases, web-based tools. Excellent practical knowledge of database design and maintenance (incl. Geographical databases)  Strong analytical skills Proven ability to work in a team
