Responsibilities
- Receive and handle incoming patient calls in a polite, professional, and timely manner
- Provide information about clinic services, operating hours, and basic health programs
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
- Register patient details accurately in the clinic system or manual records
- Direct calls to appropriate healthcare providers or departments
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, escalating issues when necessary
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and public health campaigns
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with health privacy policies
- Keep call logs and prepare daily or weekly call reports
- Support administrative tasks as required by the clinic
