Call Center Operator

Responsibilities

  • Receive and handle incoming patient calls in a polite, professional, and timely manner
  • Provide information about clinic services, operating hours, and basic health programs
  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
  • Register patient details accurately in the clinic system or manual records
  • Direct calls to appropriate healthcare providers or departments
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback, escalating issues when necessary
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and public health campaigns
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with health privacy policies
  • Keep call logs and prepare daily or weekly call reports
  • Support administrative tasks as required by the clinic

• High school diploma or equivalent (certificate or diploma in administration or health services is an advantage)
• Previous experience in a call center, healthcare facility, or customer service role preferred
• Basic computer skills and ability to use call-handling or patient management systems
• Good command in Arabic and basic English
