Family Physician

Scope of responsibility: The family physician will take professional responsibility for the comprehensive care of unselected patients with undifferentiated problems and will be committed to the person regardless of age, gender, illness, or organ system Activities: Prescribe or administer treatment, medication, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease or injury.          Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition.            Collect, record, and maintain full patient information on the Health Information System, such as past medical history, ICD10 coding, medication prescription, examination results and other required information.     Monitor patients' conditions and progress and reevaluate treatments as necessary. Explain procedures and discuss diagnostic test results or prescribed treatments with patients. Provide health and wellness advice to patients.           Refer patients to medical specialists or other practitioners when necessary.    Coordinate work with PHC nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to plan or provide treatment and follow up.         Address needs and requests in a professional way. Report on the surveillance form any communicable diseases according to the rquested list. Always respect a refusal of treatment Administrative Activities: Participates in performance improvement activities as requested. Participates in continuous education and demonstrates desire to develop strategies for improved patient care.   Experience required: At least One year in Family Medicine.   Education degree: Bachelor's degree Medical degree, Family medicine internship & residency.   Field of education: Medical studies.   Required qualifications and qualities: Computer knowledge, Excellent communication skills, team working capacities, self-motivation, good listening skills, good time-management and multi-cultural tolerance. Immediate availability to take up position if selected.
