Hr Intern

  Supporting HRC, assisting and providing support on HR Services, helping in the recruitment process, organizing and keeping track of personnel documents, daily follow up on leave administration, developing training material as well as following up on employee inquiries related to entitlements and allowances. Accountability - Being part of the team supporting HR activities in the Office including providing assistance in all elements of the recruitment process. - Supporting the daily HR activities and staff requests. Responsibility - Support HR Unit by tracking and following up on staff requests and inquiries - Assist in data entry and proper follow up on leave management and administration of staff and personnel - Support the HR Unit in organizing learning and induction sessions - Proper and accurate filing of personnel documents on daily basis - Perform other HR duties as required
