Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver interactive and engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- Research and present innovative teaching strategies and best practices for enhancing teaching effectiveness in various educational settings.
- Develop and facilitate workshops focused on essential soft skills, including teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
- Lead training sessions designed to enhance effective communication skills, covering areas such as interpersonal communication, active listening, conflict resolution, and collaborative communication.
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and activities.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback collection and evaluation methods, and make necessary adjustments to improve program quality.
- Stay current with the latest trends and research in education, training, and professional development.
Candidate is expected to submit a proposal for the following trainings
