Management Systems International (MSI), a sub-awardee to Counterpart International, Inc. under the Lebanon BALADI CAP Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), seeks applications from established Intermediate Support Organizations (ISOs) to receive grants for the purpose of coordinating, supporting and promoting “issue networks” of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), around the following three advocacy areas:
Environment Protection and Solid Waste Management Human Rights Good Governance and Accountability
