Counterpart International is seeking an experienced Consultant/Firm to contribute to a mid-term assessment for its program in Lebanon. The mid-term assessment will evaluate the project’s overall success to date with respect to laying the groundwork for achieving long-term sustainability and enabling positive institutional change.
