Management Systems International (MSI), a sub-awardee to Counterpart International, Inc. under the Lebanon BALADI CAP Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks applications from Lebanese Civil Society Organizations/Commercial Organizations/Research Institutions & Universities for the purpose of designing and delivering technical assistance to Lebanese municipalities/unions and civil society organizations, in order to improve their skills in information and communication technology at the local level, especially in the fields of management, financial management, GIS, archiving, and complaints management systems.
