Management Systems International (MSI), a sub-awardee to Counterpart International, Inc. under the Lebanon BALADI CAP Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks applications from Lebanese Civil Society Organizations/Commercial Organizations/Research Institutions & Universities for the purpose of designing and delivering technical assistance to Lebanese municipalities/unions and civil society organizations, in order to improve their skills in organization development, financial management, disaster management, and public outreach/communication at the local level.
