Management Systems International (MSI), a sub-awardee to Counterpart International, Inc. under the Lebanon BALADI CAP Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), seeks proposals from qualified firms, registered in Lebanon, to conduct benchmark assessments and develop comprehensive Action Plans outlining specific capacity-building interventions for 35 Lebanese municipalities/unions identified by BALADI CAP.
The deadline for submitting proposals under RFP No. 605100.06.16.014 RFP is 29 April 2016, and the deadline for submitting clarifying questions regarding the RFP is 15 April 2016. A question-and-answer session will be held on 15 April 2016 in Beirut, Lebanon for interested offerors.
