Management Systems International (MSI) is a key partner in the Improved Basic Education Services Project (IBESP), which is led by World Learning and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). IBESP combines crisis response and development to expand equitable access to education and improve learning outcomes for children. You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the attached RFP, which seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide data collection services in Lebanon. The deadline for submitting proposals under RFP No. 609100.01.15.002RFP is July 24, 2015, and the deadline for submitting clarifying questions regarding the RFP is July 2, 2015.
