Local Funding Opportunity - Annual Program Statement (APS) AMENDED Applications accepted on a rolling basis The USAID-funded Promoting Active Citizen Engagement (PACE) program is soliciting grant applications from Lebanese NGOs to design and implement activities aimed at promoting civic engagement and advocacy on citizen concerns and policy solutions related to corruption, the quality of public services, freedom of expression, confessionalism/sectarian tensions, cost of living and youth unemployment issues. Grant sizes range from approximately $125,000 to $250,000 each with a duration of up to 14 months, provided proposed projects end no later than the end of June 2014. Interested applicants should request an application by sending an email to PACEgrants@msi-lebanon.com as soon as possible. PACE will accept applications on a rolling basis until June 3, 2013.
