Local Funding Opportunity/annual Program Statement: Media Innovation Grants- Amended

The USAID-funded Promoting Active Citizen Engagement (PACE) program has extended its Annual Program Statement (APS) for Media Innovation Grants. Under the amended APS, applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until March 6, 2013.The amended APS includes a new concept paper/application form; any applications received after September 10, 2012, must use the new format. Through the APS, PACE is soliciting proposals from Lebanese civil society organizations and media-related institutions to promote creative, strategic use of various media platforms to advance citizen concerns and policy solutions, as well as widen the space for cross-communal dialogue. Grant sizes range from $50,000 to $125,000 each, with a duration of up to 12 months. Interested applicants should request the APS solicitation and application by sending an email toPACEgrants@msi-lebanon.comas soon as possible.Any questions on the solicitation must be submitted in writing by February 25, 2013. Concept papers are accepted in Arabic, English, or French.
