Management Systems International(MSI)seeks the services of professional event planning and management firm to provide logistical and coordination support and other related tasks for an event to be held in the second half of August.The services to be provided include coordination with the event venue, service providers, and exhibitors;logitsical management, graphic design for communication materials, printing of various materials(banners, signs, folders, backdrops);professional photography and videography throught the event; and provisions of simultaneous interpretation services.Offers are due on June 20,2014 by 5:00 pm local Beirut Time.If interested in bidding on this work, please request proposal instructions and the full Request for Proposal(RFP) by sending an email to rtemraoui@msi-lebanon.com as soon as possible.
