Organizational Development Specialist, Baladi Cap

Responsibilities: Assist senior organizational development specialist in conducting benchmark assessments/post benchmark assessments and producing appropriate action plans. Perform regular field visits to CSO partners for on-site mentorship and coaching. Assist the senior organizational development specialist in designing and conducting trainings /workshops to beneficiary CSOs on various organizational development topics. Assist the senior organizational specialist in designing policies, procedures and guidelines on human resources and volunteer management, developing strategic plans, and designing organization structures and job descriptions for CSOs. Assist senior organizational development specialist in tracking the implementation of the relevant policies. Assist the senior organizational development specialist in liaising with potential local training institutes or short-term consultants to ensure capacity building is delivered on time and on budget. Perform any other related duties as required by the Chief of Party (COP). Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, i.e. social science, business administration, public administration, or related field. Minimum three (3) years of previous job experience in a relevant field. Strong knowledge of Lebanese public administration and civil society organizational administrative and management systems is an asset. Ability and willingness to conduct site visits throughout the country, as may be needed. Ability to work individually and collectively with minimal supervision. Excellent teamwork, organizational, research, communications and reporting skills required. Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English required.
