Project Summary:
BALADI CAP is a five-year, technical assistance program funded by USAID/Lebanon that advances the institutional capacities of Lebanese civil society organizations (CSOs) and municipalities/unions to improve the delivery of services to local citizens.

Position Responsibilities:
During the period of performance, the Project Cycle Management Trainer will perform the following activities in close coordination and cooperation with the BALADI CAP COP and project team:
- Conduct two (2) general trainings on Project Cycle Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Political Science, Public Administration, Public Policy, CSO Management, Public Health or related fields. Master’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience related to project management, training, Training of Trainers (ToT), etc.
- Previous experience working with civil society organizations (preferably, Lebanese CSOs);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized work habits, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Arabic required.
