Position Summary:
The Third Party Monitoring (TPM) Analyst will support the Monitoring Specialist with the third party monitoring activities of the project. They will assist with instrument design, enumerator training, database maintenance, data analysis, and report writing.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of data collection instruments for administration during site visits.
- Support training on use of data collection instruments by enumerators during site visits.
- Assist with cleaning and analysis of data as it is received and preparation of preliminary reports for review including data visualization.
- Maintain monitoring data within the project’s monitoring database.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in international development, social sciences, economics, or a related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in data collection, evaluation, quality control and social sciences.
- Demonstrated understanding and skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge working with Excel, SPSS or STATA, and qualitative analysis tools.
- Experience on a USAID project preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic required.
