Bamboo Trainer

Job Description:
The Bamboo Furniture Trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions in bamboo furniture crafting techniques to participants from Beb El Tebbeneh and Jabal Mohsen, focusing on sustainable practices and creative design.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cover bamboo furniture design, construction, and finishing techniques.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate participants' progress and skill development.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on participant performance and training outcomes.
• Utilize a structured curriculum that emphasizes sustainable practices and quality craftsmanship.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, Forestry, or related fields.
• Proven experience in bamboo furniture crafting and teaching, preferably in an NGO or community-based organization.
• Strong proficiency in bamboo furniture construction techniques and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.

Understanding of the socio-economic challenges faced by marginalized communities.
