Duties and responsibilities
Through youth development program, MARCH is looking to engage a trainer to conduct sessions on coffee making and coffee shop management for a vulnerable youth groups in Tripoli.
The following will be the expected deliverables of the consultancy:
- Work plan for developing the sessions, including strategy and proposed methodologies, as well as quality assurance plan;
- Interactive, engaging teaching matters ex. Discussions, games, activities.
- Successful facilitation of the sessions based on the adopted methodology and proposal
- Evaluation of participants based on evaluation forms
- Technical advice and support to participants during the sessions
- Conduct the evaluation of the sessions
- Report on the conducted sessions
- Final report on the implementation of the tasks after finishing the all the sessions

- Demonstrate ability to interact with vulnerable youth in a vulnerable community

- Strong Program design and management skills
- Positive, constructive attitude and consistently approaches work with energy
- Demonstrates openness to change and ability to receive / integrate feedback
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic languages are required
