Main Role
Coordinate Marsa projects, communicate with partners, monitor project activities and report on them to Executive Director.
Essential Responsibilities
- Abide by Marsa’s values, code of conduct, and policies
- Ensure implementation of project activities
- Coordinate with staff members at Marsa and partner organizations
- Monitor project activities and ensure timely execution
- Develop monthly and quarterly reports
- Identify potential challenges and plans for mitigation
- Support staff in translating Marsa’s mission in client-centered strategic and operational objectives to ensure high quality confidential and anonymous care and services
- Encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, trust, and group identity, fostering commitment and team spirit and working with others to achieve goals

Strategy Planning & Implementation Support
- Participate and contribute to the development and the implementation of Marsa’s vision and strategy
- Prepare periodic reports and presentations on the center’s performance to the Executive Director
- Represent the organization in local, regional and international meetings or conferences
- Be willing to travel to regional and international settings
- Represent the organization in interviews events, and in various media outlets
- Provide support to the center’s Executive Director and Project Manager as necessary
Project Planning and Management
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Manage changes to the project scope, and project schedule
- Report rising issues and escalate to management as needed
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Plan and coordinate the organization’s workshops
- Ensure that the highest quality standards are met
Research and knowledge generation:
- Contribute to the design of research projects including research question and data collection instrument
- Assist in conducting research including data collection and compilation
- Handle confidential and sensitive data with integrity
