Art Space Coordinator

Bringing people together in a common Art space; through art workshops, art therapy , Art gallery , design store and a cafe corner. People can enjoy quality time while enjoying our cafe corner . We have a monthly calendar for all cultural events at Warche 13.  We create network for all creative forces Warche 13 is looking for a full time volunteer from a foreign country to be a Coordinator of an Art Space. The specific tasks include: - planning and implementing cultural events and workshops -recruitment of artist and designers for exhibitions  -maintain records on all events and meetings. -Stakholder managemnet (Galeries -arts spaces -universities ) - supervising the art space and the café corner - communicating and promoting Warche 13 within the civil society of Lebanon - updating social media - assisting in project planning and project proposal writing Requirements: - Volunteer should be able to stay for a minimum of three months -Good English Skills  - BA in arts, social sciences or any related field from a European/American University - experience in project/event planning and management Skills: - strong organization skills - responsible and committed to respect the deadlines - capable to multitask - excellent communication and leadership skills - fluent in English - being able to accommodate in culturally different environment We Offer: -Work opportunity based on received grants. -extensive experience in project management and event organization. - culturally diverse place where to work and constantly be introduced to diverse communities. - Accommodation. - local transportation cost. - phone covered .
