Call for Tenders for a Videographer

In the frame of the “Dialogue for Democracy: Youth Engaging in a Structured Dialogue over their Rights” project being implemented with the support of ifa and the German Federal Foreign Office, Masar association is recruiting a videographer on consultancy basis to film and produce 5 videos covering 5 seminars, where the duration of each seminar is around 2 hours.

The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:

• Filming, editing, and producing 5 high-quality videos where the duration of each video is of 1 minute;
• Sending each draft video within 3 days after filming for review and comments, and sending final video within 10 days of the seminar date;
• Finalizing video production as per Masar’s guidelines, and submitting final videos – in high resolution – to a hard drive to be provided by Masar Association at the end of the assignment;
• The seminars will take place during May- September 2020. Specific dates of seminars are to be set soon. This means that applicants should be available in Beirut during this period. Noting that the first seminar may be held online.
