Medical Insurance and Workmen Compensation

Medair is looking to have a  workmen compensation and medical insurance for its employees and their independents.

Your proposals should include the following:

a. Workmen compensation

b. Medical insurnance

b.1. Option one: Class A, In/Out 

b.2. Option two: Option one  plus doctor visit , medicines and dental care.

It is important to take into consideration for option two that we may add   doctor’s visit , medicine, dental care all together   or choose only one of it   to our  plan (IN/OUT). That being said , it is important to have the cost of  doctor visit , medicines and dental care clearly identified in your proposal  to be able to do our calculation.

Ratio loss and Staff list and additional details will be provided for those who are interested.
